The Honourable Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri Devendra Fadnavis who inaugurated the event welcomed the inventive Blockchain as he expressed his optimism in the technology, “It is going to change the entire space of governance”
A panel discussion titled – “ Blockchain and Governance’ brought together the leading lights of different industries – the hour-long discussion at the Hotel Trident, Mumbai was enveloped by the cutting edge possibilities that can benefit the governance in our country.
Mr. Prasanna Lohar, DMD & CIO at DCB Bank elucidated hope as he envisioned Blockchain to impact a structured approach and bring in the much-needed innovation in governance.
For the uninitiated, Blockchain technology helps protect and process data in an impenetrably secure and transparent manner. The technology is being globally fancied to take over the essence of Internet-based processes/governance owing to its compellingly secure features.
Having developed Smart Contracts and Stamp Duty processes for various government agencies, Founder, CEO of LegalDesk.com, Mr. Krupesh Bhat identified the lawful essentials required for the comprehensive adoption of the technology in public services.
